Paul Graham

I have been reading Paul Graham's essays lately, very educational. According to Paul, text is most legible with no more than 70 characters per line, so below is the screen-shot on my computer.

(just wanna say my screen is wide la)

How did I find him?
TechCrunch > Ali Partovi

What have I learnt?
Lisp language, current school system, Google-Yahoo-Microsoft search ads history, nerd, VC and angel funding (the reading continues...)

Why do I think he is cool?
Graham's Y Combinator that funds promising tech start-up, is an example of "selling shovels when people are digging for gold". Instead of come up with an idea, assemble a team to build it, why not find these group of individuals, give them advice, find them funding, and watch them grow? (of cos later milk them hard hard if they turn out to be the next Facebook la)
